Meet Dr. Wabi
Dr. Elise Wabiszewski (Dr. Wabi) received her DVM from Ross University and completed her clinical rotations at UW-Madison, followed by a one-year internal medicine and surgical internship at Nashville Veterinary Specialists. She's certified in Fear-Free Animal Care and focuses on preventative medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and nutrition. She believes quality medical care starts with communication and trust between owners, animals, and doctors.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, yoga, and spending time with her husband and her two dogs, Piper and Lilian.

Meet Dr. Chapman
Dr. of veterinary medicine
Dr. Paige Chapman is a 2018 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinic year at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. She has special interests in companion animal soft tissue surgery, dentistry, preventative medicine, and senior pet care.
Dr. Chapman is passionate about the importance of supporting pet healthspan, quality of life, and the human-animal bond. She values supporting pet parents with open communication with collaborative care and individualized plans for lifelong wellness. She is Fear Free certified, a Canine Arthritis Management Practitioner, and holds a Senior Dog Veterinary Certification.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Chapman enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, and 3 dogs. Their favorite activities include being outdoors, hiking, going to the beach, and traveling to new places.

Tracey
senior veterinary assistant
Tracey has been with Oak Leaf since day one, bringing years of emergency medicine experience and a passion for fear-free care. She's a proud pit bull mom and tends to her collection of 60+ houseplants—officially earning her the title of our clinic "Plant Manager."
Monique
senior veterinary assistant
Monique attended veterinary school in Trinidad and is working to become a licensed veterinarian in the U.S. She brings exceptional skills and compassionate care to our team while caring for her two dachshunds and ever-growing plant collection. Fun fact: she danced ballet for 15 years!
Sarah
senior vet. assistant + Jack of all trades
Sarah studied marine biology at Texas A&M before jumping into veterinary medicine & joining Oak Leaf in 2023. She's our go-to problem solver, multitasker, and unofficial IT specialist/handyman; if something needs fixing, she's on it. She's also fluent in beer thanks to her bartending days!
Julia

Julia graduated from Milwaukee Career College and joined the team in 2024. She's usually on the quiet side, but her witty one-liners never fail to get a laugh. Julia is also the talented artist behind the adorable paw print keepsakes our clients cherish.
Olivia
customer service rep.
Olivia graduated from Milwaukee Career College in 2017 and spent several years as a veterinary assistant before joining Oak Leaf. She fell in love with our team and decided to stay, bringing her experience and passion for animals to the front end of appointments.
Ariel
veterinary assistant
Ariel started in customer service but stepped into the veterinary assistant role to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian. She's currently studying biology at UW-Milwaukee and has been obsessed with cows since childhood—a passion that continues to inspire her journey.
